It's more than an idea, a working concept of a game that every gamer wants to play but cannot find. Every new game released lacks it more and more, a feeling, an idea or more so a set of ideas. The large publishers seem to ignore this "the last game I will ever play" feeling. The desire to build an empire and control masses of armies, fly atop a dragon through the cloud filled skies, create a unique item that can never be duplicated, build and seige castles, design and create homes, be enchanted with a magical world you never dreamed possible or even just enjoy the game with tens of thousands of other people.
